Suzdal is one of Russia’s most charming villages and part of Russia’s historical Golden Ring of medieval towns. Along with nearby Vladimir, it is a UNESCO historical centre.

Suzdal is an ideal excursion from Moscow and a great place to experience rural Russia with its slow pace of life, wooden houses and old churches and monasteries. Suzdal also has a thriving artistic centre and home to many Russian artists.

In the winter it is a great place to sledding, walks in the snow and take a banya.

In the summer it is a great place to go for long walks, swim in the river, rent a bicycle and most importantly chill out in our amazing hostel. We have large garden, large verandas and balconies and super comfortable bean bags.
