Group Booking Terms and Conditions
- Group bookings are considered:
- Dorm Rooms – A group of 8 or more people for one night or more
- Private Rooms - Booking of 3 private rooms for more than one night
- We require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
- Remaining payment is due upon check-in in Russian Rubles
- Deposits to secure group bookings must be received as follows:
- All group cancellations must be advised in writing by email. Cancellations cannot be accepted by telephone.
- Every effort will be taken by Godzillas to accommodate all requested changes to a group booking whether this be in the numbers of participants or the room allocation however, if numbers are decreased by more than 10% less than one month before arrival then the appropriate proportion of the cancellation charges, as stated in (6) may be applied.
- These terms and conditions can only be varied by the discretion of the General Manager.
